Two-part performance art piece and streetwear brand exploring identity through the lens of personal finance.

Part One

A pop-up shop that sold merchandise featuring satirical content about personal finance: during the exhibition, I played the role of cashier and attempted to sell to show attendees.

Pop-up shop merchandise included t-shirts, hats, and bags.

Receipt provided at the end of purchase listing the cost of tuition to attend the university.

Part Two

Collaborative performance art piece that exposed an aspect of each participant’s personal financial history. This information was printed on t-shirts and worn at the school’s year-end design exhibition.

Kits were provided to each participant that included a receipt, t-shirt, and list of instructions.
